Phone system is awful

Ive had a pleasant experience overall the few times I have been there, however one time the Nurse forgot to send an important prescription to the Pharmacy, and the Pharmacy told me this facility is known for this issue. I will still be using them, however I hope they solve this problem.

Thundermist does so much to be a step above other health clinics in the area. Their doctors really care about you and I appreciate them so much. Would definitely recommend them!

After my primary care of basically my whole life retired I began coming to thundermist. I’ve never had a bad experience there & all the staff are extremely friendly and professional. My only complaint would be the phone system, you can be on hold for a very long time, however they do now have a call back feature.

Questions & Answers

Why does thundermist give an option to talk to their answering service if you press 0 and then it disconnects as fast as it transfers? If they don't have an answering service then they should just remove it from their opinions.

They are open for quick care, So maybe that's why, often times you can't get anyone before 8 am.

Have they stopped medications for chronic pain? Can not get response. Terribly wrongly medicated since November, 2019. PCP at that time was very messed up. No explanations.

All PCP are not prescribing narcotic pain medication. Go to a Paiin Clinic.
