Today my partner and I, new to home ownership, went into Home Depot to buy a lawn mower. While shopping with 3 kids under the age of 7, three different associates were extremely kind and patient with all of our questions and antics to keep the kids entertained. The first gentleman, and I do apologize I did not get his name, showed us where the mowers were and answered some questions, but without hesitation let us know he would like to get someone more knowledgeable. Insert Josh. Josh had an answer for every single one of my wife and I’s questions, and being two women, that’s a lot. He didn’t bat an eye and educated us on some details we had no idea even existed. Like gasoline stabilizer and it’s importance. Mind blown. Anyway, wonderful experience, start to finish. We are extremely happy with our products and the help of josh and Cody loading up the truck, while we loaded up the kids. Thanks again!
