Two days before my appointment I got a call from an unknown number claiming to be from their office and asking for my personal information. This seemed suspicious to me so I did not give it out. When I reported that to their office they said it was them doing an appointment reminder.....this seemed a bit sketchy...... Next, I was scheduled to visit Dr. Kevin Schuster in the late afternoon. I arrived 15 minutes early to search for parking. I kept driving around in circles and did not find anything while I was on the phone with their office and they could not help me. The woman on phone said it was directly across the street so I pulled into the building across from 800 Howard Avenue and was in a one way tow zone. Then the phone reception cut out. Remembering all the bad reviews Yale hospitals has and considering my interactions with them I took that as my cue to cancel my appointment and find someplace else.
