We had a great experience at Big Bobs! Our salesperson was Aaron and he was super nice, not pushy and very knowledgeable plus gave us a really great deal for carpet, padding and installation! Our installers were great and prompt as well! They did our living room and three bedrooms in two and a half hours. They were courteous and cleaned up after they were done. We are very impressed and will be going back to them to get our basement done.

I would highly recommend this flooring store. We stopped at the store to see what they had. I was moving on December 27th and was hoping for a miracle. We needed our carpet installed Christmas week! Wally greeted us and we told him what we needed. He was great to work with, we had our carpet installed on Monday, the week of Christmas!

There are a few factors that go into when flooring can be installed, like whether the product is in stock or needs to be ordered - so please take this timing as guidance only. We can typically have carpet installed in about 2 weeks and hard surface flooring takes about 4-6 weeks from purchase to installation. Come see us at the store, or call for quickest service.
