Isn’t the slogan “We have the meats!” Went tonight after Little League for a roast beef sandwich and was told “sorry, we’re out of roast beef.” We don’t have the meats!

Currently there is a slight staffing shortage and we were forced to get food to go since they don't have enough people to work the dining area. We were traveling as a group so we had to spend 15 minutes waiting in the drive through. However even now this is not unusual and not really to the fault of the staff. Food was excellent however the poppers were a little cold

Nothing worse than piss poor management. Claim they can’t find help to keep the lobby open or the drive thru open past 7pm. Yet McDonald’s, subway, pennys dinner and the gas station all within walking distance have no trouble being open normal hours. Maybe it’s not a can’t find help issue maybe it’s the manger is lazy and not worth working for issue

We like Arby's usually and made a special trip, but this trip was terrible! Bun was over toasted and drinks had NO ice. They were supposed to be Coke, but they were not. Window sign said be nice to employees and they should be glad because they woul have gotten a piece of my mind. Go back? Not soon!
