No. In fact, we don't make any appointments at Integra Urgent Care. Simply stop in, and a member of our medical staff will see you as soon as possible. You can also check in online and wait to be called in while you stay comfortable at home. Online check-ins will not be accepted 1 hour prior to close in order to ensure that all patients who have checked in online are able to be seen. Emergency Rooms can provide some additional services compared to Urgent Care, generally in the area of life-threatening illnesses or injuries, and are open 24 hours a day. If you are experiencing a life-threatening illness, it is important to go to your closest hospital Emergency Room or call 9-1-1. If you are experiencing an illness that can be treated at an Urgent Care, you will be able to receive a high level of care faster than an Emergency Room, and at a lower cost whether you have insurance or are a self-pay patient.

We are NOT an emergency room, but we do provide services through the evening and on weekends. Since we bill your insurance as an Urgent Care, we are less expensive than an emergency room visit. Our self-pay rates are also much lower and affordable than that of an Emergency Room.
