I’ve used CAPS for Cool Sculpting and now a breast lift and augmentation. The NP, Stephanie, that did my Cool Sculpting is wonderful. She took her time to make sure the device placement was perfect and was just really down do earth and pleasant to be with. I am only 24 hours post op for my breast surgery with Dr. Heck but I feel great! He was very clear and concise during my consultation back in April and even more so when prepping for surgery. His “focus face” when measuring and marking me was great, quite the artist! I just got out of my check up and even with the swelling and stitches I’m already pleased with the results. I’ll post edits throughout my recovery.

I received a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Angelos in February. Dr. Angelos is very kind and he is a skilled surgeon. Unfortunately, within 2 weeks of having implants, I (a perfectly healthy 22 year old) started experiencing every symptom under the sun of breast implant illness. I was in and out of the emergency room with no answers. I called CAPS to try to reach Dr. Angelos for reassurance and was put through to Dr. Vasko who was extremely rude and dismissive and rushed me off the phone—telling me it was probably COVID (even though I had tested neg for COVID, flu, autoimmune disorders, and thyroid issues at the ER). She chuckled within the last 20 seconds of the call—which still haunts me. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. I hope that moving forward, every surgeon at CAPS treats it’s patients who are struggling with their surgeries just as well as those who are thriving. Thankfully, after 4 months after explanting, I had made just about a full recovery after feeling like absolute death, and receiving no help in a moment of despair. My progress was no thanks to CAPS, whose surgeons don’t like to acknowledge bii. Thankfully I now have a platform, and have been asked to do many interviews regarding the dangers of implants for a lot of women, and the lack of help from certain doctors. Do better, CAPS.
