Worked here for one month and quite i started off on the opposite shift. That I would be working every one was awesome the supervisor Doug was very helpful and a great guy his crew as well were pristine people they took the time and actually explain to me how things work and why it worked the way they did however when I went to my shift with a supervisor mark the crew I work with was terrible unhelpful and it's almost as if they wanted to see you fail I asked for help numerous times and receive no help and when I finally get frustrated and asked to be moved they did so. And I failed miserably because I wasn't giving proper training on how to do the job if you're going to work here I recommend you ask to work on Doug's crew. The HR was very hard to get a hold of and for some reason I never could get my direct deposit set up I asked for help numerous times throughout my one month of being employed there to no prevail. Some of the higher up employees seem to be the only light in this facility one being named Kimberly she took the time out of her day to give me a very essential tool I needed to do my job and that was cutters I had already been working here 2 weeks and didn't receive any cutter so it wasn't possible for me to do my job without leaving my area and going to beg someone else to use theirs this also was very frustrating because once again I feel like I was set up for failure why would you put me on a job and not give me the tools to do the job and honestly for the most part people on Mark's crew just did not care I strongly recommend you work on Doug's shift.
