They are " Nosey" they schedule visits into your apartment at unconventional times, like before Holidays. They raise the rent higher and higher every year. Not allowed to have anything out of the norm on your front porch.

Hi, we pay for water, sewer and trash removal. The residents pay their own electric or electric and gas depending on which apartment they select.
