This is one of the very few nice, clean, and quiet low income neighborhoods that columbus has to offer. The landlord is amazing. The neighborhood is really nice with a a great school district Hamilton Township. Nice renovations where done on the property and inside the apartments. We even have a community garden now.If you are responsible, considerate of neighbors, and follow the rules which are simple. You won't have any problems. Thing is people want to come to this great community and have it there way and not follow rules, disturb others, are reckless, and act a fool. I'm so glad that the new owners and landlord are cleaning house and riding this great community of these type of tenants. Who make it hard for the those following the rules and deserve a decent low income place for them and their families to live.

Property manager Chris is a very heartless person. My mother is sick and she is constantly harassing her. Renovations were made while my mother had a major surgery and was in the hospital. They tore my mother’s house up there’s a huge hole in her floor from the horrible labor, along with counter tops that weren’t screwed down. They unplugged my mother’s deep freezer and never plugged it back in which led to all of her food spoiling. They threw her house plants outside and didn’t bring them back inside after “the work” was completed. Yesterday Chris had my Mothers cars towed. My mother is unable to drive right now due to her health. This has caused extreme emotional distress for her. See you in court

Horrible insensitive landlord who wants to evict a single mother with nowhere to go over things other people including neighbors are doing despite being 100 percent compliant other than some clutter from a relative that just passed. Horrible heartless office people. See you im court.
