City hall. I always bring my own bowl as well they sat out there all year and never get cleaned
Yes it is... There's a big dog and little dog areas, but its not responsibility free... Pick up after your dogs, people! There's stations of bags to take, and buckets to drop off the bags, in each area... Although there's only one per, and there's only 3 total.
I wish they would keep it open as he resident use the park.this is a county. Resourse and staff did a fantastic job

Yes, but you can get in. Go to the gate off Illinois St. It's not locked. Or go to the main gates and walk west along the fence. There is a gate toward the end of the block that is not locked, as of 11/23/19.
No fee. Large fenced area. One for big dogs, one for small. Water has been turned off
