Hi, there! We're happy to help you access your second 4Front account. You have two options, which I'll attempt to outline below... 1. The quickest option is to enroll your second account in virtual banking. You can do this yourself by visiting our homepage, clicking the virtual banking button in the top right and selecting "Enroll in Personal Virtual Banking". You'll need your account information and some personal verification information to complete the enrollment. Please note that this option will result in you having separate virtual banking accounts and require you to logout of one to log into the other. 2. The second option -- linking your two accounts -- is available if the owner information is the same. The primary owner (and joint owner, if there are joint owners) must be the same. For example, if you are the primary owner of both accounts and neither account has a join owner OR the joint owner on both accounts is the same individual, linking your accounts is an available option. You may not link accounts with different primary owners or different joint owners as this will allow a non-owner to view and transact on an account they don't own. I hope this makes sense. A 4Front team member also has to link the account for you, again to ensure account privacy and security. If you'd like to link two accounts, contact us (visit our website for our toll-free number - Google doesn't allow us to include website address or telephone numbers in these answers). When you call, press 0 to speak with a member service representative and request to link two accounts that you own. You'll need your account information for both accounts and some personal verification information. Typically, we're able to process accounts linkages same day. We are available Monday through Friday 7 am - 7 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm. Note that we close today (Christmas Eve) at 1 pm and are closed tomorrow, but are open Saturday, December 26 from 9 am - 2pm. I hope this information provides you some direction. Our general policy is to make funds from your deposits made to your transaction accounts available to you on the first business day after the day that we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the same business day we receive the deposit.
