It is not a problem to bring your own grill to the park. There are quite few bench/table in the park. It is OK to fishing along the river. If you don't have a fishing license, you can buy one online for 1-day, 3-day, or annual license at https://www.takemefishing.org/ohio/fishing-license/?&gclid=Cj0KCQjw-LOEBhDCARIsABrC0Tl15Dn4er9nsc_QYgvIbNMuTrneaf2ArDczdO80xDLDr0qBa3g_prEaAqPOEALw_wcB
