Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious campsites. Other campers respectful, no loud music, people drive slowly. Couldn’t see the water from our spot, not sure if any sites are right in the water. It was a very short walk to nice sandy beach. Seems like a safe spot for children and non-swimmers. Shallow to waist height 30 feet out.

Beautiful campgrounds with waterside access. Brought my son, girlfriend and pup for the day and we all had a great time. Definitely apply for a lot in advance as it is a busy place in the heat of summer. Great fishing, a clean beachfront, walking trails and a very unique clay pit to be found if you ask around.

You can park on the extra part right across from the loops on the street there in the park.

I could not get HD TV in the park, but we were able to set up a Wi-Fi hotspot with our phones

34, but they are 30 amp and a 20 amp on the same box
Not canoes but at the camp store (opens at noon) you can rent paddle boards.
They must be on 6ft leash and I did not see a dog beach at the park.
It's about $22-$50 depending on site. If you have a state park pass, parking is free.
I believe it is a 14 day max stay..
You can start reserving campsites exactly six months before your anticipated visit starting at 8 a.m.
Our family lived right next door so we just walked into the park. I remember seeing many a trailer hook up so I want to say yes.
