Found this place on a cold search for a quick 2 night stay before heading to the U.P. We weren't sure what to expect but glad we found this campground, it's very quaint and not too overcrowded! We were greeted by friendly campers and staff and the full hookup sites are nice! Expect lot spacing to be average like most other campgrounds and plenty of shade. We had a beautiful view from the our site over looking the campground and lake! The playground had a lot of options for kiddos and just a short walk down the hill and the corner store. There was a small beach area right next to the playground- water/sand shoes recommended! Very clean restrooms and shower houses too! There is a nearby neighborhood which cuts through to the Main Street with shopping etc. (5min walk) and nice paved roads to ride bikes with your little people! We will definitely be back, thank you for a great stay!!!

First time going here and it was great. The reason for 4 stars is that the first night out of 6, the camper 2 spots away had a full brawl between husband and wife and pans were thrown and it was really loud until about 12:30am. Other than that my family and I had a great time
