I've dropped a couple gently used designer shoes (Manolo Blahnik and Sport Max) to consign. Later to find out they DONATED my beautiful shoes 2 months later without my knowledge. I'm extremely disappointed! Will avoid this place and advice not to use them if they're not going to properly communicate with customers.
