Misquoted for room price by front desk staff and hotel manager would not do anything to accommodate us and was incredibly rude. Rooms are extremely overpriced for how out dated and poor they are. Fire alarm hanging by its wires from the ceiling of our room. Complete waste of money and I'm extremely embarrassed for booking our guests rooms here, I can't apologize enough to my guests for the horrible experience we all had. Do not stay at this horrible hotel.

Great place to stay. GREAT location for the places we were going.The parade that we were in was right by the Baymont.

Ground floor, was told there would be "welcome cookies" ready and out in a few minutes (we did get two, 4 hours later kinda late before bed but still nice) No stopper for the bath tub drain. Missing an easy chair in the room. Towels were fluffy and soft, but the mini shampoo and conditioner bottles left in the room were actually used (nearly empty- didn't realise when we started the shower...who expects empty mini shampoo bottles?) Breakfast was really good in what was offered (hard boiled eggs, omelette patties, sausages, cereal. oatmeal, waffles, bread, bagels, muffins....) but not well-attended and the hot food ran out

We chose this specific hotel because the pool seemed especially fun for our kids with the slide and water feature but we couldn't even swim because the water was freezing! When we inquired about the temperature, they said the pool wasn't heated and they had no idea how to adjust the temperature. If you don't care about the pool, the hotel itself was fine, a pretty typical small town hotel. Fine, nothing special.
