We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident! Didn’t realize google maps was taking us all the way to Alabama (we are on vacation)but already being halfway there, we decided to go anyway. Sooooo glad we did! The food was AWESOME, the ladies working were so sweet and polite and the atmosphere was homey. I’m definitely going to be telling all my friends about this place! Ms Annie, you are doing your thang!!

I got there after regular lunch hours, the food had been sitting out for quite some time. Most of it looked and tasted as if it came out of a can. Although, I could have made a meal off the cabbage it was excellent. The portions were smaller than you'd think for a cafeteria style restaurant. The hamburger steak had dried out as well as the onions on top. The gravy tasted right out of the jar. The Mac n cheese was blah. The apple cobbler was hot and tasty, and the young lady bringing my tea refills was very pleasant and personable. I doubt I'll be going back any time soon. ☹️

They have good food. It's much better than most in the area for country cooking. The seafood is very good too.
