Lived in Chelsea Ridge for 2 years. Never had an unpleasant experience. The leasing office is always very polite and extremely helpful. Maintenance is extremely attentive and friendly. Pet friendly, and quiet! Really cannot complain. The salt water pool is wonderful and I used the gym frequently! The only reason I moved out was because I was moving into a house. This was the best apartment experience I’ve ever had, and highly recommend!

The best apartment I have ever lived in. Dog friendly, Quiet, clean and the management office and maintenance always handle issues immediately. Seriously maintenance crew is the best. They always go above and beyond to fix things. Rent price you get what you pay for. Also the laundry machines have an app you can use instead of quarters, very convenient. Neighbors keep to themselves, no issues. I would live here forever if it wasn't that the commute to my job is far.

Chelsea Ridge and Chelsea Cay Apartments are a nice place to live. There's a lot of amenities on the premises such as a laundry room, a swimming pool, stores (deli) that will deliver, a hair salon, a liquor store, an exercise room, tennis court, and more. The grounds are nicely landscaped. 👌 There's ample parking which is important. When there's snow or ice, the groundkeepers do a good job of plowing and putting down salt to prevent falls when walking. I know many people who lived here and they said it is a nice apartment complex.

Property Management does nothing to address issues regarding noise. They say “it’s apartment living”. The people above us are excessively loud all hours of the night and the complex has done nothing to make our living experience enjoyable. Most times the property manager does not even respond to our issues. Would not recommend living here or the property management company.
