We called and spoke to Lucas about having our rehearsal dinner here. He was absolutely miserable and rude! He kept saying "you are only having 16 people so it isn't worth it for us" when we inquired about a limited dinner/drink menu. Well buddy you just lost a reservation for $2,000! We will NEVER go here for any occasion ever again.

I made a reservation at least two months ago here for a rehearsal dinner that we were hosting for my son's wedding. Called 3 days before the event to confirm everything was still set. Imagine our shock and dismay when after a wonderful rehearsal at the Webb Barn , we arrived at Lucky Lou's to find a closed sign and the building dark. We had not been contacted that day to tell us that they had an issue so that we could make back-up plans. After pacing in front of the restaurant for several minutes in disbelief we managed to find another local restaurant that graciously got us in (The Charles) and we had a wonderful evening after all. No thanks to Lucky Lou's. I would give zero stars if that were possible. No excuse for leaving us in a lurch like that on such an important night.

Great staff, great food and great atmosphere! However; it is bit insulting when I order a drink and the staff returns empty-handed simply to verbally tell me how much it will be cost. Not a food look!
