This is a damage I didn’t do. They charging me for a damage their employee committed saying I dropped it off in this condition. I recommended video clip to prove the car wasn’t in this condition when I dropped it off they started giving me the run around. If y’all don’t reach or fix this issue I’m taking further actions. Scammers!!!

Who wants to pay premium price for a rental vehicle and the interior smells of cigarettes, cigarette burns, filthy upholstery? Multiple stains and mysterious organic material through out. Was unable to fully utilize the vehicle due to faulty components. Brought up deficiencies with rental to associate. There was no attempt to address them. Not a problem, one can patronize their competitors. - Received 1st email from customer care stating will field questions and branch will contact and . No contact received. - Received 2nd email from customer care stating could not answer questions. Still no contact from branch. More of a time suck than service.

They will work with your situation, they'll pick you up at your shop and if you can't drop off the vehicle before 6pm they can help you out too, I give them an A plus.
Hey Maria, Fees comes in depending on the type of car you are getting and what services you are adding as in...would you used your own insurance coverage or the company's? are you going to refill gas or you want them to? Personally, I rather use their services less headaches.

Depends on the week. One week I paid 109. The next week I paid 143 That was for midsize car
