Legend Acres Lots for Rent

I have two 1 acre lots available. $250/mo. for a recreational vehicle or a mobile home, which includes water meter (Central Yazoo Water Association), electric (Yazoo Valley Electric Power Association) and sewer (Lessee pays for installation of wastewater treatment system designated and inspected by Yazoo County Health Department. The cost of treatment system is applied to monthly lease payments until balance is exhausted then the regular $250/mo. lease payments continue until lease ends. Treatment system stays on property and title converts to Lessor.) hookups. Tenants mow their own lots and have their own accounts with the utility companies. 1 year lease that renews month-to-month automatically after that, with 30-day notice (by Lessee or Lessor) to end occupancy and Lessee removes all of Lessee’s property from Lessor’s property.
