Disgusting costumer service. The representative that was working on September 20th, 2022, at 1:33pm, was rude and very unprofessional. She kept hanging up on me before I can even ask her anymore questions about telephone numbers I needed. At some point she knew it was me calling back, therefore she picked up the phone and hung it up right back. Then when she finally picked up, I asked her why she keeps hanging up on me, she said because she already gave me a number and I keep asking questions, then she said that she "AIN'T" no lawyer and that there were no supervisors available and refused to give me her name. It seems like she took advantage of the situation of no supervisors being available to be disrespectful, while I kept professional and calmed through the whole call. I just wanted information that she refused to give me. This is where our taxes are going; to unprofessional people like her. DISGUSTING!

This is a special place, you can watch people present their case in front of a judge from 11 PM till 3 AM. You have an early flight out of LaGuardia and you can't sleep ? Go to night court on Centre Street. It's all criminal cases, you'll see suspects handcuffed to cops as they await their turn. I have to say that the cops from the court system look pretty rough with tattoos and all and if it weren't for uniforms it would be hard to tell cops apart from the people they process. Even public defenders look like they are either straight out of college or they're 80 years old. Prosecutors are barely aware of the cases , it looks like they get to look at the files for the first time when they present their case to the judge. Overall a very interesting experience.

In dire need of a remodel. Place looks like it’s stuck in the mid-80s. Even the other courts talk about the Criminal Court having disgusting facilities and the juror’s room (for the selected jurors) has no snack machine or access to coffee even though you cannot leave once escorted in by court officers (who were actually cool). Seriously though, it’s time to fix this dump up.

You should have been given contact information for your lawyer. You can ask one of the court officers who your lawyer is and what org they are from. That should help you track them down.
Call Brooklyn supreme court divorce line. Criminal court doesn't handles divorces.
They gave me a mask! Did not have to be fired on wall street today.
Just go to the criminal court clerk and make a request. Use your EBT card for free service

Credit card, debit card, or cash...
Yes.
No, New York City's Court system will observe the Columbus Day hoilday. However, to be on the safe side, go to their website and if the courts systems is indeed closed for the Columbus Day holiday. You should also call Monday morning if you think that is your court date.
I don't speak Spanish.
Go to the clerks office and ask for your disposition but you have to pay for it
What's you will need to do is just clarify it and that can be done with lawyer. Court clerk or even DE s ddddmu6 it to me
You can't. It's sealed. If you are the person whose case it was you can come in person and make a request with the clerks office or send an attorney with an affidavit giving them permission to receive the disposition.
Very good question, I would head to two places if I'm at that present location. One is the information rotundaocatednrifhr when you walk in just in case he has any information that we might not know that could help you and my second guess would be to go ask the clerk located on the first floor all the way down the hall leaning towards the direction of security when you walk in. Head behind them and down the hall to your right is the clerk office for whole Manhattan system. They might be able to give you a specific number or location where you can get your answer. They have the ability to look personally in your files. I hope that helps, between these two options I'm sure you'll find your answer. And keep me informed by pressing like to tell me it was a success or just s like for helping. Thanks and many blessings to you
It depends where you got picked up from. That building deals with arrests from Manhattan. Rikers is where they store everyone. But if you got arrested in quuens you can still get stored at rikers but your court will be at quuens court house. Good luck
Online or you can go to the city clerk on the main floor. There is also a specified room that you can ask the police officers by the metal detectors that will tell you exactly where to go and if they are busy right behind them is the information desk that is always occupied by a officer of the courts that will guide you in the right direction. Good luck
Go to court tomorrow to clear the warrant. Even if you don't speak to your attorney first. The sooner the better.
There are websites where you can go check to see if you have any court dates or any warrants that are active. You can just search that by a simple seach request. Good luck
Its not felony. Its a misdemeanor. 5yrs protection is ending this year end of march.
Online or in person
Depending on the fine. Try One Centre Street 16flr
Go to the New York County Supreme Court Clerk's Office room 1000 on the 10th floor of 100 Centre Street1 if it is a misdemeanor case then go to the war room on the first floor same building.
Yes asap
Will find out in 5
