I drove up from Rochester to check out these mtn, biking trails . I happened to run into a couple of the guys who maintain the trails and they let me tag along with them on a ride. What a great trail system! A bit of everything, blue and black flow trails. Blue and black tech trails. The eastern side climb up Road Trip was built amazingly. It gains quite a bit of elevation but it almost feels like you're not even climbing. A great climb to do multiple laps of Delta House, which is a blast!

Yes you can. You can get off at the top to check out the views and there's a small trail as well. When you're ready you just get back on to go down
Yes, rentals are available. Get there early on the weekends as tickets get sold out due to covid. They may already be sold. Give them a call. Need to wear a mask as well most of the time.
Sorry we don't have snow tubing at our Mt. Downhill and Cross country Ski trails in Winter.
It's the Adirondacks in January probably have five feet of snow probably extremely cold
