A 2-start hotel with a big dollar cost and all without the expected level of conveniences. Breakfast was not bad *better than another AmericInn we stayed earlier in the week). The price reflects the high tourist location on the North Shore. Overall just a basic nice place with basic amenities. Hotel's location backs up to a large cemetery.

Chad Hammon should not be a manager he’s unprofessional and doesn’t get the job done he has no customer service skills if you have a problem he is not gonna take care of it or reassure he is very sorry. There’s nothing clean about him he does not even wear a name tag and his clothes are dirty he looked more like maintaince. He should not be managing a 3 star hotel. When you go to him with a problem he makes you feel like your the proble he has snarky remarks and a bad attitude. I wish I could give this no stars.

Positive: It's clean, well kept, nice staff, good breakfast and in a great location. Negative: The ad said they had a fitness room, which they don't.

The room was good, but each day the "hot" breakfast was cold and had to be discarded or warmed up in the microwave. In addition they advertised a hot tub and sauna, but the hot tub didn't get very hot, & the sauna wasn't functioning.
