You would think good pace and secure with policies of, background check, camper approval, pre pay month, deposit, 15 nights i was parked on site...6 of those I stayed at hotel in Hammond... the major problem was ...dogs barking "all night" …Hi Mr. Hall, We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately, we cannot control the neighbors dogs, since we have no ownership interest in their property. We have asked them previously to move the dogs to a location on their property that is not close to the property line. As you stated after you called the police on the neighbor to report the barking dogs, it was corrected or better. Since your travel trailer remained on the rented site you were charged rent as agreed. We strive to keep our park a family friendly environment and background checks, although inconvenient are our required for this reason. The condition of the park did not change during your stay and after you chose our location. Thank you for your feedback and we will continue to work on improving the property. It is a campground on the water and therefore a fishing environment but we have people handling cleaning and lawn maintenance regularly. Since your review, we have inspected the property, contacted you for further feedback, spoke with our manager and if there was trash located in the campground we apologize and will make sure our lawn maintenance crew addresses this as soon as possible. We hope you find a place that will be a better fit for you and in a more convenient location.

Seriously, someone complained about the geese? Come on. Anyway, I only use the boat launch. Its $5 and you just drop it in the box. Place is never overcrowded and is a nice spot to launch thats not crowded. I put a 22 foot pontoon in there with no problems. Will be back soon.

You can fish there if your camping there but not with tents. And the boat ramp fee is 3 or 5 dollars if i remember right. But it is best to just call them and ask. Sorry it has been awhile and the people who runs the bait shop are very nice and friendly people.
$500 a month. They do a background check before letting you move in.
