Im truly sorry but I had the most horrible experience there, not only that the employees was more focused on the driver thru, I waited almost 12 minutes to be taking care of inside the place, I asked if I was able to use the restroom and the guy I asked for he answers me very rude the bedroom is closed, I asked i ask i think she was on charge why you guys don't have restroom available for customers and her answer was cuz they're clot, I work in a restaurant business and if that thing ever happens to my place I work the problem right away, cuz at the end of it, customers make my check, I think pollo loco should be trained a little better those person in charge, I'm not coming no more !!!

Ordered the DOUBLE CHICKEN tostada salad, I got but 4 small pieces of chicken, NO avocado, NO pico de gallo what is going on here bowl half full of lettuce!? Cmon this place hands down the worst location I have even been to… how can you ask for a refund when you drove home already 5 miles away and are at home sitting down to this joke of a salad ?? Never again
