For the last 6 months, this has been my goto rental spot. As I am the co-owner of Give & Go Event Space in White Plains NY; I often have clients with special request or last minute change. Abbott’s Party Rentals always goes above and beyond to assist me with any of those last minute changes and/or request as best they can. The customer service is great and the rental equipment is always clean and affordable. I highly recommend them for all your rental needs!

Rental arrived over 2 hours after agreed upon time and they did not pick up equipment within the huge window of time provided 9-3 pm. The contract stated I would receive 3 GLASS tabletops and I received 2 scratched up and cloudy plastic top. In addition, when they brought the 3rd piece of plastic it was broken. They also forgot the Throne Chair I ordered and one of the letters for the table. These mistakes delayed my party setup. It was after 7pm and the equipment was still at the venue. I was very disappointment with everything they delivered accept the chair. Their stuff is very old and in bad condition (table letter and numbers need to be repainted or replaced. I will never use them again- NO ONE SHOULD!!!
