Was here at Justice Sonia Sotomayor Community center with colleagues during their community event. First, I will like you to know that the center wouldn't allowed anyone into the centre without a facemask on, so there is a strict COVID-19 prevention compliance rules and Facemask mandatory policy for the center. You will also need to register at the reception, while your body temperature will be monitored and recorded before you proceed. The center do this for everyone that comes into the center. The Center serves as indoor games center for the residents and young people around the neighborhood. There is a Basketball 🏀 court large enough for international and national event. The center have other facilities for games, exercises etc. The facility have a CBO who is incharge if the center, they provide mentorship and counseling to the kids and young people around the neighborhood. Yes, you can access Free mask and other prevention commodities.

No
I really don't k ow the answer to that question. But i would call and ask them.
Hi Jak, Yes! Sotomayor Community Center is open to the public. Swing by some time and see what programs you'd like to get involved with. Thanks for asking. -PN
If you take the 4 train from Manhattan to the Bronx, stop at 125th St., transfer to the 6 train to St. Lawrence Ave and walk towards the Bruckner expressway about two blocks. If you take the 4 train from the Bronx, depends on what stop you take. The Bx27, Bx4 buses are near the train station and take either bus lines and will get off near the center. The Bx27 is the most direct of the two.
Hey Dominique, I'd recommend taking the 6 train to St Lawrence Av. Sotomayor Center is a ten minute walk from there. Hope to see you soon!
No pool in this facility...you dont pay for anything
You dont have to pay anything if you need room, as long as you bring people in for an event they dont care. (Used to work there.) Right now there is summer camp going on so scheduling will be tight until after 6pm. If it is during the day it would have to be on days the kids have trips which is Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
It varies you would have to call but for my understanding they have programs and maybe not open gym
They used to. Not sure now.
