passing through town, I tasted a wit, a vienna lager, and a bock. all were excellent: full flavor, subtle bitterness where appropriate, and no funkiness at all. chose the wit for the hot weather, it was great -- could easily have mistaken it for a Hoegaarden. friendly help and nice atmosphere, too... I'll be back!

Looks like a nice brewery and staff was friendly and let us walk around even though they were closed. Google had listed the hours incorrectly, closing at 9, so they had already closed when we arrived at 8:30.
