I was truly Disappointed with my food. I all most chocked. I had plastic in my food. I was in Brooklyn Rehab. My son bought me dinner and sent it to me. Truly was upset

Decided to order here since Ubereats was doing a BOGO and was kind of worried after I ordered and then checked the bad reviews. However, the food was not bad. I got the BBQ chicken and Jerk chicken with mac and cheese, steamed veggies, french fries and coleslaw. The BBQ chicken was good, but i don’t know how i feel about the jerk chicken. The mac and cheese was on point along with the steamed veggies, but my fries came soggy (from long delivery) and coleslaw, i didn’t really particularly like. The food overall wasn’t bad and honestly it wasn’t a bad first experience for Soul food!

OMG! Great I've been to a lot of soul food restaurants so far this ONE is the best The flavor the texture Mac and cheese was on point The fried fish and oh my God I'm from New Jersey I will be driving back to Brooklyn Just to place another order 🔥🔥🔥👍🏼

Some of the locations have very long wait times
Yes it's true that sometimes their waiting time is long, however... There's 2 reasons for that: 1) Their Dishes Aren't fast food, Those recipes take time. 2) Their High Volume of Orders. Trust me the food quality and their taste is worth the wait. I'll suggest to order ahead of time to compensate.
Agreed. I ordered for a bday n the food was so salty. We had to trash it . neeeeever again .This place has become an hit or miss.

Oh wow, I had no idea they deliver. I get it, too many ppl, small location, not necessarily professional. Aww, next time try, Red Lobster delivery is good...or you may just have to go in-person nonetheless at times we don't want 2 go out...🙄🙏oh, yes the fried fish, Blackened Salmon, Fried Shrimp and their, DELICIOUS, Macaroni and Cheese...🤗
