Mitchell Housing is the worst place ever I signed my lease a year ago and still never moved in it’s a year now into it and I’m still waiting currently in a shelter with my daughter and they are refusing to give me my keys they’re saying that they’re waiting on lead testing but a year now come on they’re just lying you will never want to live here my heart is broken because my child had to go to the situation so please be one you don’t want to live there

Mary Simmons 177 willis Ave. Bx. Why her ceiling is slowly falling? Why is it looks like abestos coming out of wall and they say is calcium deposits? Her whole bathroom looks corroded with these problems. Why for 5 years i been ask for help no one?

Nycha needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Leaks are their number one problem throughout all it's buildings. It's sad to keep taking them to court but that's the only time they choose to half way move. I have never lived somewhere with such deplorable housing.
