Varies. I have not been very impressed with this store overall.

The vape tank you sold me broke my mod the first day you sold it to me. You put it on there and it doesn't fit any of my other mods. All my other tanks do. I'm disappointed. You don't take returns do you?

I'm sure if you take it back to her she MAY be willing to rectify the issue. In my experience, she has been very fair replacing items that are defective or fail to perform.
