wasn't thrilled with the very small amount of herring in the container.....it was mostly onions and cream.....I love herring very much and this was the first time I bought yours (at Cub food in Mankato,MN) first and probably last time buyer

Their pickled herring is no joke the best on earth! I've made the 6 hour round trip several times specially just to buy a bucket of it. I promise you will never find better herring anywhere else.

we have bought and enjoyed herring from the Day Fish Company for several years; however, today (11/14/14) we drove over and bought two containers and we were so disappointed. Usually the herring pieces are nice and firm and today they were soft and mushy. Very disappointing.

In maps, if you search for Day MN the pin will bring you right there! It's literally the only business there. When you're at the crossroads in Day it's on the north west corner. Tiny little shop with AWESOME fish.
