The employees at this branch refuse to do anything for a member. Every single time I come here with any type of transaction there is always an issue or a manager that does not want to do their job. Spire is such an amazing company and every other branch is so fantastic, I will never go to this one again. I will happily drive anywhere else for service.

This place is kept clean and neat. The workers are also very kind and they take fairly good measure to keep everything safe.

I have had a couple issues with spire. They have great rates but their customer service can be poor. First I went to get a loan for a 2017GMC 2500 Sierra, which was being purchased from an auction. I mentioned right up front it was from an auction. Got approved and everything was going good. I had to be on a flight so they told me that I would get an e-document to sign and that I would receive it in 20-30min via email. An hour goes by and no email, so I call them. I call the persons direct line that I was working with. "Sorry your loan was denied because it is coming from an auction". I asked to talk to a manager and the manager explained their policy... That's fine but I just wasted 4+ hours going through the loan process. After explaining this to the manager his reply was, "she is telling me she was never informed this truck was purchased from an auction". It was discussed several times throughout the loan process. I had to write a check for the truck out of my business account. I wasn't happy. Fast forward to today. My father calls for a loan on a 2014 Jayco. He was purchasing this camper from out of state. This was told to them right up front. Which their reply was "that's fine this should go through with in 24hours". My father goes into the bank to get things started and do the paper work. He was told his payments would be $350 a month. He was also told that they need to send in the paper work to the main office and then the main office sends it back for him to sign. This all sounds like a quick process. 4 business days go by and nothing from Spire. Finally yesterday 9/30/2019 my father calls them. To which the Lady at the bank replies that the paper work isn't ready and is waiting on the main office. He decided to go in to hopefully get this process moving faster. To his surprise his loan price has gone up to $420 a month. She said it was because of tax and license fees(which she asked if he was going to take care of these fees the first time they met). She stated they do not allow him to take care of his own tax and license fees. Then at 4:00pm(end of the day) she says "does the seller have a paper copy of the title?". This is an out of state vehicle(which was mentioned 8 days ago) and different states have different policies on proof of ownership. The bank owns this vehicle, so now the seller has to have the bank send proof of ownership which can take up to two days. How was this not mentioned 8 days ago when my father first walked in? I booked a plane ticket to pick the vehicle up this Saturday and arranged a babysitter for my daughter. I am a single father, so this took a lot of planning to get this vehicle back. It was planned in this time frame based on the information Spire provided to my father. The first phone call to spire was made almost 2 weeks ago. Spire made this seem like a simple/fast process and it has been anything but. To top it off they say they are going to mail the check once they get proof of owner ship. Mail the check!? Now we have to wait for them to mail the check, the current owner to pay off his loan, and then get a lien release.. I really want to like Spire, like I said in the beginning they have great rates, but their professionalism and customer service is lacking. It's really a shame.

I’ve had an account with Spire for years! Every encounter I’ve had has been so pleasant compared to other banks. Today I went in and I had a BUNCH of stuff that needed to be taken care of, and I knew I was going to be a hassle. A woman named Karen in the Milaca Branch helped me with everything with a SMILE! Someone give this lady a raise! Thank you for your patience Karen!
