This is my primary ATC. Every time I come, no one bats an EYE at the medical line. They will clear out the whole rec line before calling over a patient. I waited 20 minutes + 4 rec patients being called ahead of me today. I would’ve thought it was just an off day if this hasn’t happened literally EVERY TIME I come here. I dread going inside when the drive thru isn’t operating // busy. It’s a nightmare. Donna is wholly incompetent. She has no idea how to work the ATC patient system. Today she told me my card was invalid, but she actually just had a typo in her entry. Then, she couldn’t find my order, even though it was on her screen and I showed her the confirmation email. It’s like this every single time I come to this location. Please give Donna some proper training, or her tips jar is going to stay empty like it always is. She honestly shouldn’t even be working there, she’s awful with patients.
