Been coming here for 2 years and not sure we will be back. The care of our puppy has been solid, it has been great. However, the customer service has been below average and today might have been the final straw. Was told it would be “a few minutes” before my dog would be seen. No worries, right? 45 minutes later and two people that checked in after me pass us, I go to the desk to figure out what’s going on. “We are pretty booked today, it’s a Friday.” So why not tell me that when I check in? I have other errands to run and I just wasted nearly an hour waiting and stressing out my dog for nothing. Customer service is below average. Even on telephone calls, if they even call you back. Pine Street will be our next choice.

Oh. My. Goodness. The vet lady i had was amazing! She absolutely loved and cared for my puppers like a proper vet should! I had no troubles, they helped me with everything. My first time experience was great! I definitely will be going back! (Also) they do walk ins!#LoveWhereYouWag
