This place is horrible and no customer service professionalism at all. I went to the hospital after getting pneumonia and had everything I owned put here into storage. I've paid for months prior and was in constant contact w both employees and so called manager. I fell a little behind recently due to my serious illness and hospital stay and they were aware of this. When I arrived home I had a letter from this place stating all my belongings in storage were being auctioned off even after notifying them that I would pay errears. I was given two different prices of 296.00 and it jumped to 496.00. they scammed me out of my entire home belongings only to auction them off for they're own profit...SHAME...SHMe..SHAME... Beware of this storage facility.. and in case you don't recognize my name on this review it's under my fiance (Linda Kennedy)..

MAKE SURE ... MAKE SURE ... MAKE SURE ... when you return your truck, take a photo of your ending mileage and gas gauge! They added an addl $60 charge for incorrect gas gauge reading. When i picked up truck, gauge showed a smidge below ¼ full tank. Before i returned truck, i put in 5 gallons and gauge showed a smidge over ¼ full tank upon return. I DROVE A TOTAL OF ONLY 17 MILES!!! That evening, credit card was charged the additional $60 because they claimed i returned truck with only ⅛ of a tank. Went back day after. They initially told me they couldn't do anything unless i had photographic proof. I had no proof, but, i politely argued ... "I only drive 17 friggin miles" and eventually got the $60 refunded after 20 minutes. TAKE ALL PHOTOS OR VIDS BEFORE AND AFTER RENTAL!!!

I’ve probably been to this location more than 10 times during the process of me getting my hitch installed on my QX50 Infiniti. The parts originally ordered weren’t for my car and had to be reordered (multiple times) which delayed the installation. If I hadn’t cancel my plans to leave the state I would’ve been held back weeks due to so many errors occurring when ordering the parts + rescheduling appointments. The moment I left the installer told me “he will never work on luxury cars like mine again” … haven’t had my hitch for more than 6 months during this time I kept experiencing issues with my trunk not opening or closing and my car not turning on (due to the trunk) thankfully the issue that was addressed was not related to the hitch installation… but when i mentioned the issue to Adam (he acknowledged that it had nothing to do with the hitch) yet he continued to touch it until it broke off (now I had to fix a BROKEN PART) … Recently a bystander noticed wires hanging out of my car, I took it to Infiniti. They basically told me the hitch wasn’t installed correctly and they strongly advised that I remove it. Infiniti does not install hitches for my car model which is why I went to uhual - NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Zola told her employees she’ll be glad to remove it free of charge by uhual(Infiniti provided me with a quote), the wire was removed but not the hitch… What will I do with a hitch that’s not connected ?? During my complaint I only dealt with Adam. Zola still hasn’t returned a call or email till this day!!! I don’t feel safe with this installation - never did …. I’ve been to this place so many times and my issue is still not resolved. I need a manger to reach out to me ASAP at this point I don’t even want to talk to Zola I need someone higher up.
