Dr Thomas Wentzell is amazing! I have been a patient here for almost 10 years now and every experience is amazing. Dr BC and Dr Wentzell are extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed me and my family members who are also patients with rare conditions that no other Dr could figure out! He has helped my family get their health on track and he always takes the time to fully understand your concerns and he truly cares about all of his patients. The supporting staff is also amazing. Donna specifically has always been so helpful in fitting me in the schedule when I need it most and she is always so kind, lighthearted, and funny! I am not sure if the office is still doing lab draws but ask for Donna! She is great! I unfortunately got new insurance that the office doesn't take, and I had to switch doctors, but I highly highly recommend Dr Wentzell or Dr Tasha. Amazing medical office and staff!

My husband and I are my brother in law's primary care givers of whom is Dr. Wentzell's patient. Dr. Wentzell and Donna, his nurse, are fantastic! However, the front office and contact staff is unacceptable. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and non caring staff. I can not wait until we no longer have to deal with this office and my brother in law can be placed in his memory care facility. However, that can not happen until form AHCS1823 is completed by the doctor. We have called, the memory facility has called, we have personally delivered the form 3 weeks ago and still waiting. Due to the front office/contact personnel I would highly recommend finding another medical provider!

Dr. Wentzell is such a great Doctor. He actually take his time to listen to me and what my symptoms are. He truly does care about his patients. He has been my primary doctor for over several years now and even though I've moved a little farther away I have no plans on getting a new doctor. I trust Dr. Wentzell and feel like I am in good hands with him as my primary doctor.

Dr Wentzell is a great doctor and my family has valued his care and recommendations for years, It is so unfortunate that his staff lacks the needed professionalism, skill and care (required for this field) for his patients and their concerns.
