This is the only Garage Door company to call if you need service on your garage door. Brad was the gentleman that I dealt with on the phone who actually spoke with me asked me what was wrong and gave me an idea of what it would be. The other places that I called wanted to charge me a service call just to come out to give me an estimate without give me any information on the phone. Brad took time out of his day on a weekend to talk to me and tell me that if everything that I was saying was true it should only be an hour or two could make any promises but it has experience that should be the end of it. His professionalism and courtesy on the phone is why I selected On Track Doors. Brad and his company are the only garage door service I would never use and I will tell my customers in my outdoor lighting company to use as well.

Brad was amazing. We have a flight today and needed the garage door looked at before leaving. I called at 9 and was told Brad would be there between 11-1 which was cutting it close. Brad came at 10:45 and was done by 11. Works perfectly and extremely affordable. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Brad!!

We recently had an issue with our garage door opener or so we thought! We called On Track Doors, same day service. Hugh arrived and discovered opener worked, but we needed a new GFI outlet. He tightened the door hinges, sprayed the track! We replaced the GFI the next day, but the opener would not close the door. Hugh returned next day! Problem solved! We were not charged another fee! Great customer service! Highly recommend!
