This is Google Maps, not AT&T. Your question is specific to AT&T, and there is no way that we could know the answer. However, my son does work for AT&T. He said that often times if there is construction nearby A-line will accidentally get cut and then it has to be repaired and if the repair doesn't work property that has to be repaired again. Perhaps that is the answer to your problem.
