We made an appointment for 2pm and Justin, our tech, came right at 2PM. He fixed our dryer which was a broken belt. He gave up tips on keeping the machine clean. He also diagnosed our Washing Machine problem. Very satisfied with his service.

My Maytag dryer was making a grinding/scraping sound and we called Hargo, which scheduled us for the very next day. Our repairman, Steve arrived on time and got right to pulling it apart. Turned out it was nothing major, just some loose hardware and a random loose screw. Definitely would recommend this company. Friendly, honest, professional and knowledgeable about appliances.

Hi Deb, You do not have to pay another service charge. Only labor and the part. We do keep many parts in stock however with some diagnosis codes it is best to run through a diagnostic on the machine due to it could be multiple parts. I hope this information helps.
