This was my 1st time at her shop; however, I did read the reviews before I went and had reservations at 1st but always like to use my own judgment. I don't believe not one of the negative reviews that I read, especially with her and her sister eating this woman, stands on her feet, all day braiding hair. After some time, she needs to take a break if you can't understand that move on. My experience with her was very professional, reasonably priced, and very friendly. I highly recommend her any day of the week over all the other hair braiding places I have been to here in central Florida. She has definitely won over a new client. Thank you, BB, for my new look!

I am one happy customer, thanks to BB! This was only my second time in life ever getting my hair braided and I thought I would never have it done again. I got my hair done at an African shop in another state and the experience was traumatic for me! It was horribly tight and I stayed up all night taking it down because I couldn’t sleep. I’m not tender-headed so it was definitely too tight! I shared my experience with BB and she assured me that I would not have that kind of experience with her and she was correct! The experience was great and not once did I go through the pain and discomfort I felt from the previous shop. I’m a daily swimmer and I needed something that could stand up in the water.
