Best hardware store, hands down. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I've always found what I was looking for, even skeleton keys. My favorite thing, though, are the kitties. They are friendly, so sweet and they always make me smile.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! The Screws that she recommended for my vacuum worked perfectly. I appreciate the help and the three people that were working today were awesome and fun and made me smile. I wish I would have remembered their names because they were awesome!!

My goodness, this place is good. I had to find a specialized part and I knew it'd be hard to find. Although the store was super busy (and for good reason because they're good!), I was greeted immediately and explained my problem and what I was looking for. They didn't have the part, but called to their sister store on Dale to save it for me. I was super impressed and grabbed some free popcorn on the way out. Ace is the place for the helpful hardware folks and it shows. Did I mention they were good?

3/9/2022: My first time as a customer. They are very helpful. I just walked in to ask for help and the cashier staff lady directed me to someone who can help me right away because I have no knowledge of whatever I was looking for. After being helped, I went home happy with my results. Thank you! Therefore, They have adorable pets at the store as well! Very friendly store. Highly recommended it! I will go there always when I need something.
