They do not treat their customers fair! I walked in and waited in line like everybody else. I was up next but the worker looked straight past me and decided to help another customer who came in after me instead (of course he had to be caucasian). Please treat ALL your customers with the same respect. Will not be coming back!

My favorite place to get parts. The staff go the extra mile and if they don't have what I need they try to get it in ASAP. They've even helped diagnose an intermittent misfire issue.

The 2 gentlemen working tonight we're beyond helpful. I locked myself out of my car and hours away from home. I tried AutoZone for a slimjim kit first and they were less than pleasant and quite rude. I then came here, but they also had no kits but offered multiple options for possible places that might have one. By my surprise they went a step farther and offered a few out of the box ideas to get in and low and behold it worked. Got into my car with a piece of fuel line. I couldn't be more greatful.

Come here once in a while when I need parts or supplies for the cars or boat. It's a hit or miss if I find what I need, but overall usually pretty satisfied. Found the huge battery in stock I needed for our Escalade here for a competitive price, where others had to have it delivered and picked up at a later day. Couldn't wait because the battery was completely shot.

Do is O'Reilly rent out power tools?

They have a few specialized tools for rent and have most of the hand tools that your not likely to have in your garage such a ball joint and pully pullers or strut compressors etc etc if you need to rent a common power tool such as a drill or a saw home depot would be a better place to look another thought is if your gonna spend the ~30$ to rent a common power tool if you do work even just once in a while it maybe a better investment to just buy a cheaper one... you don't need it be a big brand name if you only use it 2-5x a year but will save you the money in one years time and it will be convenient not to have to go out and get it/return it every time
