I only gave a 3 due to the distance from work and shopping. The website lists a car wash station that doesn’t work. I was never told that I needed a card to use the laundry facility and to enter the pool area.The air conditioning works and then every 5 months or so, they hve to come out and fix it.

Is dependent some are shorts and others are longs, but regulars will be 4ft by 5ft
I pay $510 for a 2/2 which is 992 sq ft. It is somewhat high but includes water, gas (for the stove) and garbage. There is an airhandler system by which the Waterside complex pumps cold water through the buildings so you only pay electric for the fans in the air handlers (2 separate units in a 2/2) that blow across the cold pipes to cool. So, my average summer electric bill is about $70. Sometimes pay more in the winter because there is a heating element in the air handlers that take electricity to operate. Depending on how cold the winter is, my Jan bill has been as high as $100. The cooling system is adequate but also has major drawbacks. It does not really dehumidify so I have to place Damp Rid in my kitchen cabinets to keep chips from going stale in 3 days and keep sugar from clumping into a block. Additionally, some of cold water pipes leak onto and through the kitchen ceiling. Over the years since gut renovation in c.2006, many owners have remedied this, but I can't afford to.
