Piedmont Urgent Care - Athens

Tried to go to "Piedmont URGENT care" as I have many time before and was told "we aren't accepting any more walk-ins today." What?? The place was empty and two cars out front. It was 2:00pm. As I searched for another facility I saw a mother with a small child, parents with thier small daughter and an elderly man get turned away! I went to another facility in Athens and was in and out in just over an hour. I won't be back. You can remove me from your patient files.

The receptionist is the most hateful and unfriendly person I may have ever met. She had absolutely no reason to act so rude. She was also mean to the people in line in front of me. I pray that this facility can find a more friendly face welcoming people that already do not feel well. It is hard to feel poorly and be met with such disrespect as soon as you walk in the door. I pray this woman can find some peace in her heart and treat others with more kindness and compassion.

BEWARE! I would give zero starts if I could. If you make the mistake of going to this place, please make sure you know exactly what they will be charging you for.
