Disappointing experience. Guest book clearly states that pool is open until midnight. Headed to the pool at 10pm only to find out it was closed already. Asked for extra blankets and were given two bed sheets and told that they were out of comforters. Asked for a rollaway bed and was told that they were also out of those. There were stains on the comforters in the room. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

Staff were each all very friendly and competent-- the GM is lucky to have his team. The Thai place nearby is great. That's where the pros end. - My room on the first floor had a bug problem; tons of ants and several flying bugs; when they moved me to the 4th floor, I had no further bug issues - Hotel is not within walking distance to anything besides pub food and a gas station across the intersection - Breakfast is all sugary carbs, no eggs (etc) available like other hotels of the same rating - Multiple nights I could not sleep due to fights in the parking lot or in the rooms near me - They did not have any quarters so I could not use the laundry

Have had a very good stay here! So far have had very positive experiences with Delan, and Anthony, ( or is it Arthur)?And when I first checked in I believe Nick. All were extremely positive friendly and helpful. Room is great! We are on an extended road trip of the Continental US and have stayed in over 25 hotels. So far, this is the best! Thanks. ( will be staying here for 3 days.

Super disappointed. The photos attached are what we walked into after checking in. Clearly room service had not cleaned the room. Our reservation was for 3 nights and there were many events in the area so we did not have any other hotel options in the area. The front desk staff did come change linens after we called and waited over an hour for them to have a break at the desk. The following day the room was cleaned. The heater was broken which is a problem in MN winters. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. When we mentioned the headaches at checkin and the first night, the manager refused to do anything stating the reservation was made through Priceline so we were out of luck. I should also state, I had goofed up making a reservation online earlier. This reservation was made directly on their site. I called the hotel immediately (I made a reservation at 10pm) and they said they could not help me. I stated that I did not mean to make the reservation for that night and they said they would have the manager call to e next day as they did not know how to fix things made on line. The following day they called and asked why I checked in and I explained how I had made an error on the reservation and had called the previous night. They said I was out of luck as they “held” the room for me all night. I explained that it was made at 10 pm and that I had called immediately. And they stated I was out of luck. They did offer to cancel my reservation for that night but told me they would not refund any portion of the amount. So I paid for 2 nights that I did not stay there. The only reason we continued and made a new reservation was others in our party were staying there. I would not stay there again. Ever. I would rather sleep in my car. It’s cleaner and my heat works.
