I really like burger king and the food was good and nicely made lady at window was friendly but this poor branch is really understaffed so it took alot longer to get thru than it probably should have will go again just making sure there's not a time issue

The food was good. The Impossible Burger impressed me, but the fact that we were asked to pull to the front of the store and wait for over 20 minutes was ridiculous. Please note that the employees were friendly throughout, but the service was really slow with no explanation. If I hadn't have already paid before being asked to move and wait, I may have gone somewhere else. Just honesty here. Not a bad place though.

Well the reason for my one star review is because thier isn't an option for NO STARS! My husband and I arrived at this location to get some gas and in hopes of grabbing a bite to eat the gas was great cashier very welcoming, but I cannot say the same for Burger King.. it's around it was around 8:00 p.m. my husband and I pulled up to the drive thru only to wait 15 minutes for somebody to finally say they would be with us in just a minute so we finally waited another 20 minutes to hear absolutely nothing and find out that the car in front of us had also driven off and the one behind us was about to drive off as well there was nothing going on in the store and you could tell by driving by and seeing the employees in the building doing nothing so sad was one of my favorite places but I don't think I'll be returning here

This place is always ridiculously understaffed. And I feel for the employees but seriously where’s management?? This doesn’t seem to be a Covid thing. I’ve had this experience over and over at this place since it opened. Go to one of the other Burger Kings. Let this one close it’s doors because sitting for 25 minutes in the drive thru before pacing my order to be told that I STILL have to wait to even ORDER MY FOOD. Again. I don’t blame employees but management or corporate, get a handle on it or close it.

You could try calling them
I know each new school semester/year they take on a lot of new folks. Perhaps a message/letter to the corporate office might help encourage them train staff better.
