Yes, masks are still required to be woren at BACN. Even if you are fully vaccinated.
I believe hours are 10:00 to 2:00 Monday through Thursday I think you should call ahead to make an appointment

NO, THEY DO NOT, THEY SEND YOU TO DHS, WHO ARE ALSO WORTHLESS , OR LIZ GIVES YOU A WORTHLESS PHONE # TO CALL!!!! BACN ONLY HELPS WITH A TINY AMOUNT OF FOOD, OR BADLY USED CLOTHING!!! THEY ARE NO LONGER ANY REAL HELP TO ANYONE!!!!
